As Soph always says, “We feast with our eyes first.” tiaptiap is a colloqial reference to taking nibbles or little bites of everything on the dining table and she invites all to come aboard this voyage to experience an endless sea of flavours, scents, and textures.

Soph is the hands and heart behind Tiaptiap with Soph. An ex marketing professional, Soph left her successful career to pursue her passion – cooking. While she has whipped up treats for corporate big wigs like banking organisations, watch conglomerate, her biggest dream is to serve her signature local delights to the masses.

Soph is well blogged by food critics as possibly the best Pandan Chiffon Cake in Singapore’’ and Melt-in-the-mouth Chilled muah chee holds the champion title of Lee Kum Kee Supreme Chef 2021, and she was also amongst the top24 Masterchef Season2.

Most recently,  Soph was the only sole appointed  Chef De Cusine for a Large corporation for their executive luncheons and it was an honor for her to whip up these fine dinning sessions for the executives.

Soph was also a former head of marketing with The Top 5 Global Multinationals- realised that no amount of success in her career could tamp down her true passion of creating magical dining experiences for herself and those around her.

Yingyang Chiffon Cake from @tiaptiapwithsoph It’s half pandan chiffon cake and half orange chiffon cake. The pandan one is amazingly fragrant while the orange one can do with more zest. So I’d say go for a whole pandan; it’s really good. Both are made with natural ingredients without artificial colouring or flavouring.
